Research Interests

My research interests are centred on cognitive development and educational intervention. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the neural consequences of brain activity in response to reading interventions at typical and atypical developmental periods. The methodology I adopt is the electroencephalogram (EEG) and behavioral assessment. My goal is to understand how the brain processes language and evaluate the efficacy of evidence-based reading interventions for students with learning difficulties, particularly in reading acquisition.

Keywords: ERP, N400, reading disability, reading intervention, young children
